Directions: To plump your lips follow these steps:
Apply a thin layer of astringent evenly to both lips. ..Use the applicator tip and stay within the lip line. Wait a few seconds and pat dry.
After a 1-2 minutes, apply the Lip Plumper to both lips. Only a small amount is required.
Wait 3-5 minutes, and then blot off any residue, and apply lipstick or lip gloss, as usual.
Repeat this procedure twice a day and results will be noticeable in a few days.
